Avoid Rosacea Flare up

There are a number of food that are best avoided, or occasionally consumed such as rich and fatty foods.
The foods to avoid for acne and rosacea are those that are excessively rich and fatty. This can lead to poor digestion with aggrivates rosacea. Foods to avoid, or limit include.
- sugar
- alcohol
- ried and greasy food
- dairy products
- peanuts.
- citrus fruits
As rosacea feels hot or burning (facial flushing), foods that heat the blood should be eliminated, especially alcohol, coffee, lobster, prawns, and hot spicy foods. Many additives like artificial sweeteners, preservatives, food colorings and MSG can heat the blood and cause rashes to appear on the skin.
Omega 3,6 and 9's are reccomened as is active acidophilus which can assist the digestion process, making sure you get the most out of your diet.
